We take every care to ensure that you receive the correct goods in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you need to return one of our products, please follow the instructions below to ensure that we are able to process your return quickly and accurately.
In the first instance we ask that you call (01) 695 0333 (selecting option 2) so that we can ascertain the nature of your return and provide appropriate advice. If the item is faulty our customer service team will discuss the options for return.
Please do not return any item before speaking to our team of advisors. If you simply wish to exchange or obtain a refund for the product then they will provide a returns authorisation number for you to send the item back at your own cost. We regret that we cannot accept returned items without the returns authorisation number.
Be sure to complete the returns form that came with your original order and ensure it's included with your return. Please also obtain a certificate of posting. We regret that without this, we cannot accept any claims for lost or damaged returns.

Our Guarantee and Returns Policy
You may return the goods to us within 30 days of receipt in mint condition for exchange or refund. If an item is returned outside of the 30 day warranty period, or it is not in mint condition, we regret that we will not be able to process your return. We will notify you in this event in writing and will hold your goods for a 30 day period pending payment of the return carriage fee. We ask you to understand that in the event that the return carriage fee is not paid within 30 days the items will be destroyed. This policy does not apply to genuine manufacturing faults which we replace within 12 months of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
